Moely retains all rights to platform code, models, and generated reports, excluding your original content. You receive a non‑exclusive license to use outputs for lawful purposes.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Moely's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
